The Australian Government has finished its multi-year procurement process for the Management Advisory Services Panel, selecting over 400 consulting firms and professional services groups suppliers, consultancy.com revealed.
This panel, established in 2021, offers a vetted list of consultancies for government organizations and commonwealth entities to procure for their consultancy projects, aimed at improving the quality, consistency, and efficiency of consulting services.
The 411 appointed suppliers are divided into three panels: financial management advisory services, corporate management advisory services, and commercial management advisory services.
Consultancies have been chosen for one or more service categories or subcategories within each panel, based on their value for money in those areas.
It comes at a time when consultancy use by government is in the spotlight.

All three framework agreements will run until 30 September 2025. After this date, Government will either extend the panel period for up to four years, or run a new procurement process, consultancy.com reported.
