This Spend Matters PRO Vendor Analysis provides an update on LegalSifter and its contract analytics solutions. Since our last review of LegalSifter in 2018, the vendor has built upon its existing pre-signature capabilities and introduced new post-signature solutions. LegalSifter now offers four solutions for contract analytics. Two are for pre-signature: LegalSifter Review and LegalSifter Review Concierge. For post-signature, the two solutions are LegalSifter Organize and LegalSifter Organize Concierge. Both “Concierge” solutions are extensions of their counterparts but with managed services included.
Cumulatively, LegalSifter’s set of solutions support pre-signature contract markup, pre-signature negotiation and AI-enabled metadata extraction for risk management or tracking important dates.
