Proactis has been helping mid-market organizations all over the world to manage spend for over 25 years. With this experience of finance and procurement automation projects, we have always been at the forefront of the continuous evolution that has arisen from societal and technological change.
Therefore, against a backdrop of turbulent and testing market conditions, we have designed our annual event – Proactis ReThink ‘22 – to highlight how technology can help organizations navigate these conditions, achieve cost savings, increase organization-wide operational efficiency and deliver great bottom-line value. These factors are vital not only for growth but for business continuity.
ReThink, which is taking place online on November 8 and 9 (09.00-16.00 GMT/CET +1) and is free to attend, will bring together spend management professionals from across public and private sectors and include dynamic thought leadership presentations, customer transformational journeys, networking opportunities and a more detailed look into Proactis Rego – our powerful Source-to-Pay software platform.
The packed agenda has been carefully crafted with a diverse range of delegates in mind. I am personally most excited to hear from:
Dynamic opening and closing keynotes from Baroness Karren Brady and Sally Gunnell
We’re thrilled to welcome one of the most respected and sought-after keynote speakers in the world, Baroness Karren Brady, to open ReThink ’22. Vice-Chair of the East-London-based premiership West Ham United Football Club and rated among the 50 most inspirational people in the world, Baroness Brady will explore her personal knock-backs, triumphs, rules for success and insights for building world-class teams and cultures in her session “Building Successful Businesses.”
The event will be closed by Sally Gunnell, the only woman ever to hold four major track titles concurrently – Olympic, World, European and Commonwealth! In her session, “Becoming Your Best Business Self,” Sally will look back on her career and explain why building mental resilience and setting achievable goals is critical for building high-performing teams and sustaining performance.
Does the future depend on digital investment? Exploring the results of the Proactis eRecovery report
We believe that including an insightful panel discussion in our annual event adds that little bit extra. This year, we will welcome Peter Smith, business author and former Spend Matters Managing Editor; Ellen Leith, Managing Director of the Purchase-to-Pay Network (PPN) and Peter Morley, Founding Director of our Partner, Moore Insight.
Drawing upon their own experiences and insights, they’ll be discussing the results and findings of the Proactis eRecovery Report – Proactis’ large, international research project which explored how companies are using digital transformation as a tool to help them ensure business continuity, protect margins, recover from significant disruption and drive improvement of their capabilities and growth.
An evolution to strategic procurement through the digitization and automation of Source-to-Contract processes
We’re really looking forward to welcoming Ian McKee, Assistant Director of the UK’s University of Sussex, who will share the evolution of the University’s digital journey with Proactis to modernize its Source-to-Contract processes to drive maximum efficiencies and ROI. You will find out what drove the University to move from tactical to strategic procurement and how it structured its team to enable this. Ian will also talk about how and why his team developed new procurement processes and how the established partnership with Proactis will continue to enable them to drive maximum value from the system and to expand the breadth of functionality used.
Procurement’s future as we move towards 2030 and beyond
Dave Jones, Founder of Proctopus, who is listed among the top procurement thought leaders, will host what promises to be a very insightful session.
Recognizing that we are truly in an era where the expectations and opportunities for the modern-day procurement function continue to shift dramatically and where procurement as a profession is constantly being elevated, Dave will share what he believes to be the key trends in procurement, what the future of procurement looks like and what procurement professional must do to prepare.
More customer success stories and industry insights
This is just a sample of what we have in store for Proactis ReThink ’22. Further sessions include:
