Guests to Premier Confex 2022, Melbourne October 12-13, will experience a free agile sourcing approach – named The Big Room.

Delivered by Twenty2 Collective in partnership with Procurement and Supply Australasia (PASA), The Big Room is a live in-person interactive engagement workshop of the tender process. First 150 Buyers attend for free.

The experience of the Big Room, is a highlight of PASA’s popular Lean Agile Procurement (LAP1) Foundation course.

It’s a hands-on experience for the procurement professionals at Confex. The simulation brings together a mock shortlist of competing vendors in the room, they work in turn to present to the Buyer’s team on various topics or aspects of their bids.

Participants will gain key takeaways to help run their own Big Room Workshop.

“It’s going to be fun, it’s going to be action packed and there will be a lot of takeaways from it,” Marcus said.
