OVO Energy required support and commercial advice to help them develop their new metering strategy and requirements and manage the procurement process through to contract award. This included drafting the tender documentation pack, managing clarifications/tender process, stakeholder/bidder communications, bid evaluation/analysis, commercial negotiations, drafting T&Cs, recommendation paper, governance, final contract documentation, bidder debriefs and contract management handover pack for Go-Live date.
Due to the scale and deadline of the project, the many stakeholder interdependencies made it more challenging.
